Emily has been dedicated to improving her umpiring skills this year and has a genuine love of umpiring. Emily jumped at the chance to umpire the 8 years Frogs this year, enjoying helping teach the team the rules of netball as she umpires their games. 

Emily also volunteered to do the Saturday umpiring for any of her Kittyhawks team that didn’t feel confident in doing so, proudly representing Waratah in making sure the games were fair and safe. 

This year Emily was also able to progress her umpiring by achieving her Silver Award! 

After every game that she either umpires or plays, Emily goes over to the umpires to thank them, shake their hand and tell them they did a good job- showing Emily's great sportsmanship.
