In only her second season of netball, our Junior Player award for 2026 went to Phoebe Stitt!
A quiet achiever at both training and game days, Phoebe demonstrates commitment, focus, and a strong work ethic. She embraces challenges, applies feedback thoughtfully, and continually strives to improve, all while maintaining a positive and humble attitude.
Phoebe is also a valued teammate. She encourages those around her, celebrates the achievements of others, and contributes to a supportive and inclusive team environment. Her sportsmanship is
evident in the respect she shows to teammates, coaches, officials, and opponents alike. She carries herself with maturity and kindness, making her a positive role model for other junior players.
Throughout her second season, Phoebe has shown that success is not only measured by performance on the court but also by character. Her continued growth, quiet determination, and consistently positive attitude make her an outstanding representative of the Waratah Club.
Congratulations Phoebe!
